Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

I provide freelance web development services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Web application development
• WordPress development
• Mobile app development
• Maintenance and support services

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Typically:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• 50% due upon project completion
• Payment methods include bank transfer and PayPal

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

The number of revisions included in each package is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Refunds for partially completed work will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
